TO ALL POTENTIAL HOME BUYERS OR SELLERS

We’ve just went thru one of the most oddly rewarding experiences of our life. Cecil and Liz Jackson were our realtors for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our wonderful new home.

Cecil searched for several months sending us emails and bringing printouts to us of pictures and stats of homes. He took us to visit over 50 homes making sure that the home we selected had what we wanted in a home. Cecil is very patient and makes sure that he knows what his clients are searching for.  We found our new home, had our treasure packed on moving truck and were ready to settle. At the last minute the mortgage loan laws changed resulting the buyer of our previous home with no loan. Cecil and Liz at no expense to us made sure that all of our treasures were moved from the truck back home.  Liz was Wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. Liz actually took the reigns of the  buyer’s realtor and made sure that their loan was approved. Cecil and Liz went to work day and night for the next few days. We all met with the loan company of the buyers of our previous home to try and get to the bottom of the issue. Cecil and Liz (not the realtor of the buyer) found the buyers a new mortgage company and saw to it that the loan officer had what was needed to get the loan approved. The loan company that we selected was very inconsistent with that they stated that they would deliver. So here we all were again at the meeting table with the loan company. But this time it was the loan company of our new home. Liz stayed on the phone with them for hours and hours making sure that they delivered as they stated they would. She spoke to several people getting several different statements. Liz finally got everything straightened out and the loan was approved.

This was a very abnormal process in that the laws changed right at the last minute. We all met with the

loan companies of our loan company and the loan company of the buyer of our previous home. Usually a buyer meets with a loan company to fill out and sign papers, not to get the loan of someone else approved and to make sure that the company is doing what they promised they would do. Liz stayed on the phone with both companies for several house. Cecil and Liz took the reigns of the other realtor making sure that his client was approved.

We thank God for sending us to The Jackson Group and know that because of Cecil and Liz the end has resulted in two happy homeowners.

(Especially meaningful was your attention to our little boys who you’ve really gotten to know due to our lack of baby sitters!) We could not have asked for a smoother (less stressed) sale.
